OBITUARY Donna Sue Mueller of St. Clair, MO, departed this life in Washington, MO on October 22, 2011 having reached the age of sixty-four years, three months and six days. Donna was born in Washington, MO on July 16, 1947, daughter of Robert Glenn Buchanan and Charlotte Francis Buchanan nee Turner. On June 13, 1969 she was united in marriage to Johnny Joe “J.J.” Mueller and they were blessed to have two children.

Donna is survived by her daughters, Dawn Mowery and boyfriend, James Peters, of Warrenton, MO and Amanda Green of Union, MO; by her mother, Charlotte Buchanan, of Union, MO; by her grandchildren, Spencer Mowery of Warrenton, Trevor Mowery of Warrenton, Brandt Palmer of St. Clair, Jada Green of Warrenton, Ashlynn Green of Warrenton and Ayden Green of Union; by her brother-in-law, Richard Mueller of Villa Ridge, MO; by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and many friends.

Donna was preceded in death by her father, Robert Buchanan; and by her husband, Johnny Joe “J.J.” Mueller.

Donna was a Christian and had converted to the Catholic faith in 1969. Donna was a beautician by trade and had owned and operated Donna’s Beauty Shop in Pacific. In later years, she was employed by the Division of Family Services in Franklin County, MO, working there for about ten years. She was also a past member of the Pacific Jaycees. Donna loved antiques, and was a co-owner of JADD Antiques in St. Clair, working there with her husband. She had a variety of interests including scrap booking, traveling, collecting stuff and going to yard sales. She was friendly to all and had “a very big heart”. Most of all she enjoyed being with her family. Her children and grandchildren held a special place in her heart. The many precious memories they have created will forever be cherished.

A kind, wonderful and loving mother, grandmother, daughter, sister-in-law, aunt, cousin and treasured friend, she will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew and loved her.

Funeral services were held at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, October 26, 2011 at Russell Colonial Funeral Home in St. Clair with Father Bob Knight officiating. Interment was at Midlawn Memorial Gardens, Union, MO. Memorials may be made to the family.
