Brenda was born in Imperial, MO, on July 7, 1959, daughter of Delbert Erwin Lewis, Sr. and Grace Mary Lewis nee DeClue. As a young woman she was blessed to have one son.

Brenda is survived by her son, Robert Ray Lewis and girlfriend, Mandy, of St. Clair, MO; by one brother, Delbert E. Lewis, Jr. and wife, Jeanine, of St. Clair; by five sisters, Jackie Bean of Washington, MO, Paula “Jean” Floyd of St. Clair, Debbie Frossard and husband, Kenny, of St. Clair, Barb Rhoades of Sullivan, MO and Karen Hefele and husband, Greg, of Fenton, MO; by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, cousins, other relatives and many friends.

Brenda was preceded in death by her parents, Delbert, Sr. and Grace Lewis; and by one brother, William Lewis.

Brenda was a Christian, having been raised in the Catholic faith at St. Clare Catholic Church in St. Clair, MO. During her working career she was employed as a laborer at Hazel Factory Outlet Merchandise Company in Washington, MO. She had a variety of interests throughout her life; including doing puzzle books, crocheting and watching WWE wrestling on television. Brenda loved animals and also loved to plant flowers in the yard. What meant most to her was time spent with her family. Her son, as well as the rest of her family, held a very special place in her heart, as she did in theirs. The love they shared and many precious memories they created will live in their hearts forever.

A kind and loving mother, sister, sister-in-law, niece, aunt, great-aunt, cousin and treasured friend, she will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew and loved her.
