OBITUARY

Estelita Sangalang Grable nee Paguio, known to many as Estella, of Vallejo, CA, departed this life at her home in Vallejo on September 29, 2013, having reached the age of fifty years, ten months and fifteen days. Estella was born in Castilejos, Zambales, Philippines, daughter of Anatalio C. Paguio, Sr. and Elena T. Paguio nee Sangalang. On August 8, 1982, she was united in marriage to Bryon D. Grable and two children came to bless this union.

Estelita is survived by her children, Anthony David Grable and girlfriend, Dani Tuttle, of New Orleans, LA and Tianna Grable and fiancé, Nate Osborne, of Belton, MO; by her granddaughter, Blissful Osborne of Belton; by her former husband, Bryan Grable of Belton; by four sisters, Leticia Toledo, Virginia Lozada, Lucille Stewart and Thelma Paguio; by three brothers, Reynato Paguio, Luisito Paguio and Anatalio Paguio, Jr.; by her former sibling-in-laws, Kevin Grable, James “Burke” Grable and wife, Sonya, and Vickie Grable-Foster and husband, Jesse, all of St. Clair, MO and Patricia Schmidt of Cedar Hill, MO; by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, cousins, other relatives and many friends.

Estelita was preceded in death by her parents, Antalio, Sr. and Elena Paguio; and by her former parents-in-law, Harold, Jr. and Emily Grable.

Estelita was a Christian of the Catholic faith, believing in the Lord as her Savior.. She enjoyed working in the dental field as a dental assistant and a certified x-ray technician and then transitioned into working in the health care field. She enjoyed cooking for her family, being a Marine wife, playing bingo, supporting her children in their sporting activities, tending to her flowers and spending time with family. Her beautiful granddaughter, Blissful Alexandra Rose Osborne, became the light of her wonderful and amazing heart and soul, and she was happiest when she was spending time with Bliss.

A loving and devoted mother, grandmother, sister, sister-in-law, aunt, great-aunt, niece, cousin and treasured friend, she will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew and loved her.

Funeral mass was held at 11:00 AM on October 4, 2013 at St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church in Vallejo, CA with Father Restituto Galang officiating. Interment mass was held on Saturday, October 12, 2013 at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church in Luebbering, MO with Father Jim Hansen officiating. Entombment was in Crestview Memorial Park Haven of Rest Mausoleum, Hwy 47 South, St. Clair, MO.
