OBITUARY

Timothy Jarrett Maxwell of St. Clair, MO, departed this life at home, surrounded by the love of his family, on Thursday, May 17, 2012, having reached the age of thirty-eight years, eleven months and thirteen days. Tim was born in Potosi, MO, on June 4, 1973, son of Timothy Aaron Maxwell and Alberta Louise Maxwell nee Burch. On September 26, 1998, he was united in marriage to Ragan Michelle Miller and four children came to bless this union.

Tim is survived by his wife, Ragan Maxwell, of St. Clair, MO; by his children, Jarrett, Gabrielle, Heidi and Danny Maxwell, all of St. Clair; by his parents, Pastor Aaron and Bert Maxwell of Batesville, AR; by his parents-in-law, Larry and Nyla Miller, of St. Clair; by three siblings, Jentry Maxwell and wife, Jessie, of Gerald, MO, Sarah McGraw and husband, Pastor Sidney, of El Dorado, AR and Micah Maxwell and wife, DeAnna, of Casper, WY; by his brother-in-law, Randy Miller and wife, Julie, of St. Clair; by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and many friends.

Tim was a Christian and long time devoted member of Friendship Missionary Baptist Church in St. Clair. He was involved in many church functions including being a song leader, youth ministries and the AWANA commander. Tim was a licensed minister himself and had also earned his Associateís Degree from Central Baptist College in Conway, AR. He was active in the St. Clair Christian Softball league and loved playing sports of all kinds, including baseball, basketball and ping-pong. Other interests of Timís included singing and drawing. His true passion was loving the Lord and his family. His family meant more to him than anything and the many wonderful and precious memories they created will forever be cherished by them all.

A kind and loving husband, father, son, son-in-law, brother, brother-in-law, uncle, nephew, cousin and treasured friend, he will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew and loved him.

Funeral services were held on Tuesday, May 21, 2012 at Friendship Missionary Baptist Church in St. Clair with Pastors John Dover, Sidney McGraw and George Reddin officiating. Interment was at Midlawn Memorial Gardens in Union, MO. Memorials may be made to the family. The Maxwell family was served by Russell Colonial Funeral Home in St. Clair, MO.
