Regina Ann Marler of St. Clair, MO departed this life in St. Louis, MO on January 23, 2012 having reached the age of thirty-four years, two months and three days. Regina was born in Washington, MO on November 20, 1977, daughter of James William Marler and Joyce Ann Marler nee Messex. As a young woman, she was united in marriage and blessed to have one daughter.

Regina is survived by her daughter, Leah Page Gregory of St. Clair, MO; by her mother, Joyce Ann Bacon of St. Clair; by her father, James W. Marler of St. Louis, MO; by her step-father, Emmett Bacon and wife, Janie, of Gerald, MO; by five sisters, Cheryl Stahlman and husband, David, of Gerald, Lisa Sietstra and husband, SSG John, of White Sands, NM, Patricia Higgins and husband, Shawn, of Tipton, MO, Sharon Schwartzkopf and husband, David, of Farmington, MO and Michelle Pate and husband, Jason, of Union, MO; by aunts, uncles, great-aunts and uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and many friends.

Regina was a Christian of the Pentecostal faith, believing in the Lord as her Savior. For most of her life, she was a home maker and was happiest when she was spending time with her family. She had various hobbies and interests but especially enjoyed reading and listening to music. Regina was happiest when she was spending time with her daughter, Leah. The love and wonderful memories created and shared with her family will be treasured memories for them all.

A kind and loving mother, daughter, step-daughter, sister, sister-in-law, aunt, niece, great-niece, cousin and friend, she will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew and loved her.

Funeral services were held at 10:00 AM Saturday, January 28, 2012 at Russell Colonial Funeral Home in St. Clair with the Rev. Chuck Tedrow officiating. Interment was in Prospect Cemetery, Lonedell, MO. Memorials may be made to the family.
