OBITUARY

Robin Marjorie Bell of St. Clair, MO, departed this life in Washington, MO, on February 23, 2021, having reached the age of sixty-four years, nine months and twenty-six days. Robin was born in St. Louis, MO, on April 27, 1956, daughter of Forrest Dean Maness and Edna Louise Maness nee Findley. As a young woman, she was united in marriage and blessed to have one son.

Robin is survived by her son, Micah Bell of St. Clair, MO; by eight siblings, Mitchell Maness of Guam, Leann Gratzer and husband, Bruce, Rene’ Obie and husband, Dan, and Deann Wirt and husband, Mike, all of St. Clair, Roni Krolak and husband, Dave, of Union, MO, Mark Wishnask and wife, Mel, of St. Clair, Ann Reynolds and husband, Merle, of Collbran, CO and Tracy Neely and husband, Mark, of Jackson, MO; by her grandson, Christian Bell; by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, cousins and many friends.

Robin was preceded in death by her parents, Forrest and Edna Maness, and by one sister, Lisa Wishnask.

Robin was a Christian and member of First Baptist Church in St. Clair, MO. She had a Mastors’s Degree in Education and had retired from Pacific Middle School where she had taught seventh grade. She was a member of the Missouri Retired Teachers Association and kept in touch with many of her fellow teachers. Since her retirement, she enjoyed many hobbies and interests. She was an avid crafter and loved to watch wrestling with Micah. Watching crime shows was another of her pastimes. Going fishing and taking walks outside were other favorite pastimes. Robin enjoyed life and was an adventurous person with a great sense of humor. She loved spending time with her siblings and many wonderful memories were created.

A kind and loving mother, sister, sister-in-law, niece, aunt, great-aunt, cousin and friend, she will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew and loved her.

Funeral services were held at 1:00 PM on Saturday, March 6, 2021, at Russell Colonial Funeral Home in St. Clair, MO, with the Rev. Ben Kingston officiating. Interment was in Crestview Memorial Park, St. Clair, MO. Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association.
