Deana Leona Eggers of Londell, MO, known to all as Deana, departed this life in her home, on October 23, 2020, having reached the age of sixty-three years and twenty-six days. Deana was born in St. Louis, MO, on September 27, 1957, daughter of Harold Dean Flood and Leona Marleen Flood nee White, known to all as Marlee. As a young woman, she was united in marriage and blessed to have one daughter.

Deana is survived by her daughter, Tisa Eggers of Lonedell, MO; by one grandson, Gaven Erickson of Pacific, MO; by her father, Harold Flood of Lonedell; by one sister, Teana Lewis and husband, David, of Grubville, MO; by one nephew Daryl Lewis; by one great-nephew, Isaac Lewis; by four kids she loved as her own grandchildren, Mattie, Khole, Terry and Maryann; by two uncles, one aunt, cousins and many friends.

Deana was preceded in death by her mom, Marleen Flood.

Deana was a Christian, believing in the Lord as her Savior and was baptized at Lighthouse Baptist Church. For about twenty years, she had owned and operated Candy Land Video in Lonedell, MO. She enjoyed watching the many different shows on the Food Network. She was a very kind and caring person and didn’t know a stranger. She was happiest when she was spending time with her family and the many wonderful memories created will never be forgotten.

A kind and loving mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, sister-in-law, aunt, great-aunt, niece, cousin and treasured friend, she will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew and loved her.

Private graveside services were held at Crestview Memorial Park, St. Clair, MO, with the Rev. Rick Flood officiating. The family of Deana Eggers entrusted the care of their loved one to Russell Colonial Funeral Home in St. Clair, MO.
