Billy was born in Washington, MO, on February 10, 1960, son of Pierce Albert Blake and Nancy Pauline Blake nee Lewis.

Billy is survived by his brother, David Blake of St. Clair, MO; by one niece, Christina Guerra and husband, Daniel, of St. Clair; by seven great-nieces, one great-great-niece, one great-great-nephew, cousins and many friends. Billy was preceded in death by his parents, Pierce and Nancy Blake, and by his brother, Robert E. Blake.

Billy was a Christian and in past years attended Anaconda Baptist Church in St. Clair, MO. He had most recently visited True Vine Church in Sullivan, MO. During his working career he was employed as a laborer in a brake manufacturing factory. He loved to go fishing, camping and swimming. Billy was very artistic, whether making tin art, doing mosaic glass work, oil painting or wood burning. He had also made his own crossbow. Although he had no children of his own, he loved his niece and her children dearly and treasured the time they shared.
