Tina Ellen Dixon of St. Clair, MO, departed this life in Pacific, MO, on September 30, 2019, having reached the age of ninety-five years and twenty-five days. Tina was born in Missouri on September 5, 1924, daughter of Orville Duncan and Tina Ellen Duncan nee Pritchett. On June 28, 1942, she was united in marriage to Charles Everett Dixon and three children came to bless this union.

Tina is survived by her son, Warren Dixon, known to all as Gene, and wife, Karen, of Arnold, MO; by her daughters, Lynn Roller and husband, Dieter, of St. Clair, MO and Carol Dierker and husband, Richard, of Lonedell, MO;by one sister-in-law, Pat Dixon of St. Clair, MO, by seven grandchildren, sixteen great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, great and great-great-nieces and nephews, cousins and many friends.

Tina was preceded in death by her parents, Orville and Tina Duncan; by her husband, Charles Dixon; by her brother, George Duncan, and by her sisters, Marie Huff, Myrna Richert and Elva Jennings.

Tina was a Christian and longtime member of the First Baptist Church in St. Clair, MO. During her working career, she was employed by Rexall Drug Store in St. Clair as a clerk. She had also worked the cash register at Lewis Café in St. Clair and was a waitress at Pope’s Cafeteria in St. Louis, MO. Tina loved traveling, many times to Texas and Colorado. She was also a great cook and an avid reader. She enjoyed the fellowship of her friends while going to lunch at McDonalds every day. Her children and grandchildren were her pride and joy and the many precious memories they created will forever live on in their hearts.

A kind and loving mother, mother-in-law, grandmother, great-grandmother, aunt, great and great-great-aunt, cousin and treasured friend, she will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew and loved her.

Funeral services were held at 10:00 AM Saturday, October 5, 2019, at Russell Colonial Funeral Home in St. Clair, MO, with the Rev. Michael Kinion officiating. Interment was in Midlawn Memorial Gardens, Union, MO. Memorials may be made to First Baptist Church in St. Clair.
