On July 6, 1957, she was united in marriage to Harlan Winford Dixon and three children came to bless this union.

Kay was a Christian and member of the Church of Christ of Arnold, MO. As a young woman she had been employed at Brown Shoe Company in Union, MO. Nothing made her happier than the time she spent with her children and grandchildren and many wonderful memories were created.

A devoted and loving mother, mother-in-law, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, sister-in-law, aunt, great and great-great-aunt, cousin and friend, she will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew and loved her.
