Patricia Ann Pennock of Sullivan, MO, known to most as Pat, departed this life in St. Louis, MO, on May 20, 2019, having reached the age of seventy-eight years, nine months and three days. Pat was born in Lonedell, MO, on August 17, 1940, daughter of Virgil Lester Huff and Corrine Gladys Huff nee Burlage. On July 6, 1957, she was united in marriage to Marvin Dahl Pennock and one daughter came to bless this union.

Pat is survived by her daughter, Teresa Pratt and husband, Glenn, of Eldon, MO; by one grandson, Chief Warrant Officer Four, Joshua Pratt and wife, Maryleigh, of Kansas City, MO; by her special cousin, Rose Landing and husband, Jody, of Union, MO; by his brother, Kenneth Huff of Potosi, MO; by his sister, Opal Montgomery of Jacksonville, AR; by her brother-in-law, Merle Brown and wife, Donetta, of Union, MO; by nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, cousins, and many friends.

Pat was preceded in death by her parents, Virgil and Corrine Huff; by her husband, Marvin Pennock, and by one brother, John Huff.

Pat was a Christian, having been raised in the Baptist faith, attending Elmwood Baptist Church in Lonedell, MO. As a young woman, she was employed on the assembly line at Borg-Warner in Washington, MO. She enjoyed the outdoors and raising beautiful flowers was a favorite pastime, especially Poppies. She was an avid Cardinals Baseball fan and rarely missed watching their games. Her daughter and grandson were her pride and joy and she cherished the time they shared.

A devoted and loving mother, mother-in-law, grandmother, sister, sister-in-law, special cousin, aunt, great-aunt, cousin and friend, she will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew and loved her.

Memorial services were held at 12:00 PM on Saturday, June 1, 2019, at Russell Colonial Funeral Home in St. Clair, MO, with the Rev. Jamie Haguewood officiating. Private committal will take place at a later date.
