Obituary
Cynthia Marie Zufall of Lonedell, MO, departed this life in Creve Coeur, MO on April 29, 2010, having reached the age of fifty-five years, ten months and thirteen days. Cynthia was born in Kirkwood, MO on June 16, 1954, daughter of Donald Edward Zufall, Sr. and Evelyn Marie Zufall nee Doorack.

Cynthia is survived by her parents, Donald, Sr. and Evelyn Zufall of Lonedell, MO; by her grandmother, Laverna Doorack of St. Louis, MO; by four brothers, Donald Zufall, II and wife, Catherine, of Grubville, MO, Mark Zufall and wife, Lisa, of Gray Summit, MO, Matthew Zufall and wife, Linda, of Pacific, MO and David Zufall and wife, Tammy of Ft. Leonard Wood, MO; by two sisters, Carol Leonard and husband, Jack of Phoenix, AZ and Rene’ Magar and husband, Andrew, of Sullivan, MO; by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, cousins, other relatives and many friends.

Cynthia was a Christian and member of the St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church in Luebbering, MO. She had been employed for about seven years at Noah Medical in Washington, MO. She enjoyed many hobbies and interests during her life, but her favorite was spending time on her computer. She loved animals and enjoyed the companionship of her little dog, Dude. Playing Bingo was another of her hobbies. Above all else, spending time with her family and helping to care for her parents was her favorite pastime. Although she had no children of her own, her nieces and nephews held a special place in her heart and she cherished the time they shared.

A kind and loving daughter, granddaughter, sister, sister-in-law, aunt, great-aunt, niece, cousin and friend, she will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew and loved her.

Memorial services were held at 12:00 Noon on Wednesday, May 5, 2010 at Russell Colonial Funeral Home in St. Clair with Father John McEntee and Father Robert Liss officiating. Private committal will take place at a later date. In lieu of flowers, masses are preferred.
