Deloris Faye Ealer of St. Clair, MO, departed this life in Washington, MO, surrounded by the love of her family, on March 22, 2019, having reached the age of seventy-seven years and five days. Deloris was born in Sullivan, MO, on March 17, 1942, daughter of Clyde Shelby Flora and Bertha Mae Flora nee Shadrick. On July 23, 1960, she was united in marriage to Joseph Charles Ealer, Jr. and one daughter came to bless this union.

Deloris is survived by her daughter, Connie Cox and husband, Donnie, of St. Clair, MO; by one granddaughter, Kayla Pope and husband, Steve, of Eureka, MO; by two great-granddaughters, Natalee and Kinslee Pope of Eureka; by two brothers, Gordon Flora and wife, Rose, of Leasburg, MO and Darrell Flora, Sr. of Bonne Terre, MO; by three sisters, Phyllis Stahlman and husband, Glen, of St. Clair, Darlene Davis of Sullivan, MO and Carole Roloff and husband, Robert, of Washington, MO; by her siblings-in-law, Gerry Flora (wife of the late Lloyd Flora) of St. Clair and Jim Ealer and wife, Lois, of St. Clair; by nieces, nephews, great and great-great-nieces and nephews, cousins and many friends.

Deloris was preceded in death by her parents, Clyde and Bertha Flora; by her husband, Joe Ealer, Jr.: by her brother, Lloyd Flora, and by two sisters-in-law, Mary Ogden and Cheryl Flora.

Deloris was a Christian and long time member of Holy Trinity Lutheran Church in St. Clair, MO. She had made caring for her home and family her career in life and she never tired of her job. She always made holidays a special time and she loved to put up the seasonal decorations. Working in her yard and feeding the hummingbirds were other favorite pastimes. She enjoyed going shopping with Connie and Kayla and spending time with all her family. Above all else, she lived for the time she spent with her precious great-granddaughters and many wonderful memories were created.

A devoted and loving mother, mother-in-law, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, sister-in-law, aunt, great and great-great-aunt, cousin and friend, she will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew and loved her.

Visitation was held after 2:00 PM on Sunday, March 24, 2019, at Russell Colonial Funeral Home in St. Clair, MO. Funeral services were held at 10:00 AM on Monday, March 25, 2019 at the funeral home with the Rev. John Pursley officiating. A private inurnment will take place at a later date at the Holy Trinity Columbarium in St. Clair, MO. Memorials may be made to Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, St. Clair, MO.
