Ralph David Cramer of Valley Park, MO, formerly St. Clair, MO, departed this life in Valley Park on July 3, 2018, having reached the age of eighty-seven years and twenty-two days. Ralph was born in Hermann, MO, on June11, 1931, son of David Cramer and Clara Cramer nee Corduary. As a young man he was united in marriage and blessed to have three children. On December 28, 1976, he was united in marriage to Monna Lou Smith nee Kimbler and he loved her children as his own and they were blessed to have over thirty years together.

Ralph is survived by six children, Linda Lou Smith of St. Louis, MO, Charles Cramer and Georgette and Linda Cramer, all of Florida, Judy Smith of Owensville, MO and Leroy Dean Smith and wife, Theresa, of St. Clair, MO; by one sister, June Boyd of North Carolina; by nineteen grandchildren, twenty-two great-grandchildren, brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, great and great-great-nieces and nephews, cousins and many friends.

Ralph was preceded in death by his parents, David and Clara Cramer; by one daughter, Darlene Smith, and by one sister, Darlene Cramer.

Ralph was a Christian, having been raised in the Baptist faith. For over thirty-five years, he lived in Florida. During those years he was employed by Publis Grocery Stores as a sales representative, retiring after thirty-two years of service to the company. Ralph was a people person, always friendly and loved to talk to folks. In recent years, he enjoyed watching old John Wayne movies and playing Bingo. He cherished the time he spent with his family and many wonderful memories were created.

A kind and loving father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, brother-in-law, uncle, great and great-great-uncle, cousin and friend, he will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew and loved him.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date. The family entrusted the care of their loved on to Russell Colonial Funeral Home, St. Clair, MO.
