Olga Elizabeth Pierce of St. Clair, MO, departed this life in St. Clair on February 14, 2018, having reached the age of ninety-nine years, five months and nineteen days. Olga was born in St. Clair on August 26, 1918, daughter of August Friedrich Kramme and Bertha Kramme nee Meyer. On February 20, 1943, she was united in marriage to Roy Dale Pierce and two children came to bless this union.

Olga is survived by her daughter, Arlene Lampkin and husband, Garry, of St. Clair, MO; by her son, Garrell Pierce of Sedalia, MO; by three grandsons, Brian Lampkin and wife, Shelly, of St. Clair, Kevin Lampkin, Sr. and wife, Holly, of Wichita, KS and Eric Lampkin and wife, April, of Winston-Salem, NC; by ten great-grandchildren, five great-great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, great, great-great and great-great-great-nieces and nephews, cousins and many friends.

Olga was preceded in death by her parents, August and Bertha Kramme; by her husband, Roy Pierce, and by four brothers, Edwin, Hugo, Oscar and August Kramme.

Olga was a Christian and long time member of St. John United Church of Christ in St. Clair, MO. She had lived in the area throughout her life and had worked at International Shoe Company, St. Clair Steel and Furnace Company, Pursley's U-Save Mart and Frimel and Trentman Lumber Company, all in St. Clair. Although she worked outside the home, her family was always her first priority. She loved to go camping with the family and in later years, she and Roy enjoyed traveling. She also enjoyed doing embroidery and crocheting and many of her handmade items are now treasured family heirlooms. Gardening was another of her pastimes and she enjoyed baking and cooking. In more recent years, she was an avid Cardinal's Baseball fan and rarely missed watching a game. Nothing made her happier than the time spent with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren and each was very special to her.

A kind, sweet and loving mother, mother-in-law, grandmother, great and great-great-grandmother, aunt, great, great-great and great-great-great-aunt, cousin and friend, she will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew and loved her.

Funeral services were held at 10:00 AM on Monday, February 19, 2018, at Russell Colonial Funeral Home in St. Clair, MO, with the Rev. Laura Mignerone officiating. Interment was in Bethel Cemetery, Lonedell, MO. Memorials may be made to St. John United Church of Christ, St. Clair, MO.
