As a young woman she was blessed to have two children. Cindy was later united in marriage to David W. Lamberton and on March 29, 2014, she was united in marriage to Glenn William Smith.

Cindy is survived by her husband, Glenn Smith of Eminence, MO; by her two sons, Donald Parsons and Anthony Parsons both of Sullivan, MO; by her parents, Lonnie and Jane Lane of St. Clair, MO; by her brother, Timothy Lane and life companion, Shanna Sanders, of St. Clair; by her sisters, Jennifer Baynes and life companion, Phillip Nunn, of St. Clair, Amanda Amburgy of Moselle, MO, and Toni Williams and husband, Dennis, of O'Fallon, MO; by three grandchildren, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, brothers and sisters-in-law, cousins and many friends.

Cindy was a Christian, believing in the Lord as her Savior, and had most recently attended Mercy Ministries in St. Clair, MO. She was currently employed as an Assistant Manager for Dollar General Store in Eminence, MO. She loved to ride motorcycles and collect antique memorabilia, especially salt and pepper shakers. Cindy also enjoyed listening to blues rock bands and going to concerts. She loved her family dearly and cherished the time they spent together.

A kind and loving mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, sister-in-law, niece, aunt, great-aunt, cousin and treasured friend, she will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew and loved her.
